Terms of Service
1. Operator and scope
Lead Intel is a product of Reggycodas Company, Kenya. These are the proposed conditions for using Lead Intel. Send questions about these terms or payments to info@leadsintel.net.
Once adopted, these terms and the applicable plan or checkout details will govern the service. This draft does not itself establish a new binding agreement or change an existing one. Personal-information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts, authority, and age
Give accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use only accounts and integrations you are allowed to access. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Workspace owners must manage membership and permissions.
We do not set an extra blanket age limit beyond applicable law. You must still have the legal capacity to agree to the service terms, or have the necessary parent, guardian, or other lawful authorisation. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should contact info@leadsintel.net before registration. This lets us set up the required consent and verification. Standard account email verification does not meet those requirements.
3. What the service provides
Lead Intel supports lead discovery, scoring, message preparation, configured outreach, recorded conversations, native bookings, and reporting. Features depend on the selected plan, available credits, supported sources, configured connections, provider rules, and service availability.
We do not guarantee any lead count, accurate contact details, message delivery, response, booking, or conversion. Some discovery sources may queue. Provider acceptance does not confirm delivery. Reply tracking depends on supported events that Lead Intel can safely match. Lead Intel booking records do not mean that an outside calendar is synced.
AI output and scores may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before use. They are not professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
4. Responsible use and outreach
- Use the service lawfully and comply with applicable data-protection, electronic-marketing, and provider requirements.
- Have the rights and lawful basis needed to import, find, store, or contact a person. Public information alone is not permission to send marketing.
- Obtain consent where required, respect opt-outs and objections, and do not use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful discrimination.
- Do not bypass access controls, misuse credentials, interfere with other workspaces, upload malicious content, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Check recipients, message content, and automatic settings before starting outreach. A confirmed reply stops the remaining messages and automatic reminders for that outreach. Contacting the person later requires a clear new outreach selection.
5. Plans, payments, and credits
New eligible workspace owners receive 50 one-time trial credits after email verification, for use with one business. No payment card is required and the trial does not automatically start a paid subscription. Trial credits do not renew. Creating extra businesses, joining teams, or recreating an account does not create another entitlement. You must subscribe to Standard when the trial cannot cover your next action or you need more businesses. Trial credits have no cash value.
The application and checkout show current prices, currency, billing frequency, included credits, and limits. Check these details before you buy. Available top-ups and payment methods depend on the live billing setup. Workspace members use the workspace’s credit balance. Only the workspace owner can use purchasing controls.
If checkout creates a recurring subscription, it renews as described there. It continues until you cancel through the available billing controls or get help from info@leadsintel.net. Check the cancellation confirmation for the date it takes effect. Stopping use or asking for data deletion does not replace checking that renewal is cancelled.
Configured discovery runs, AI actions, and sends can use credits. Discovery is not charged as a guaranteed price for each lead found. A search may find few or no results. Estimates do not promise a specific result. Check recorded charges in Usage.
No-refund policy
Payments for subscriptions and credit purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Subject to those legal rights, cancellation, unused credits, or an unsuccessful business outcome does not create a right to a monetary refund.
When the application reverses credits for a recorded failed action, this is not a payment refund. For example, a discovery run that does not start may have its run charge reversed. A run that starts and later fails is not automatically refunded. This no-refund policy does not prevent valid billing corrections or override mandatory rights. Contact us about a possible duplicate or incorrect charge. Send its transaction reference, not your payment details.
6. Your content and connected services
You keep the rights you have in the content you provide. You must have permission to provide and process it. You give the service permission to store, send, and process that content as needed to provide the features you use. Using Lead Intel does not give you ownership of its software, brand, or other intellectual property.
External services may have their own terms, fees, limits, data-handling practices, and outages. A supported integration is not a guarantee that it is enabled or available for your workspace. Approvals such as WhatsApp number verification, template approval, and automation readiness are separate requirements.
7. Availability, suspension, and ending use
Maintenance, errors, provider restrictions, or other events may interrupt the service. These terms do not promise any uptime level or uninterrupted access. Subject to applicable law, we may restrict access when reasonably needed to deal with unlawful use, security risks, provider requirements, or unpaid service charges.
You may stop using the service, manage renewal through the available billing controls, and request account or data handling assistance by email. Retention and deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law; no immediate deletion from every system is promised.
8. Legal rights and disputes
You must review outreach and decide how to use the service’s output. We do not guarantee business results. Nothing in these terms excludes, limits, or waives liability, remedies, consumer protections, or data-protection rights where the law does not allow this.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Kenya, without removing mandatory protections or rights that apply elsewhere. Please first raise a concern with info@leadsintel.net. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator or seeking a remedy before a competent court.
9. Changes and contact
We will identify changes on this page. We will get any extra notice or acceptance required by law. This draft does not allow undisclosed changes to purchases or waive existing legal rights.
