Help and support

What do you need help with?

Get help setting up or checking the automations that find, score, and contact leads. Read the guides below or email support with the details we need to check your issue.

Contact support

support@leadsintel.net

Tell us which business and page or feature were affected. Include what you expected, what happened, and the time and time zone. Add a search, message, booking, or payment reference if you have one.

Keep sensitive information out of your email. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, verification codes, full payment-card details, or unredacted customer conversations.

Searches and credits

For a one-time or scheduled search, check Search history for its status and Usage for charges. Confirm the audience, sources, schedule, limits, and credits. Searches use set run charges, not a guaranteed price for each lead found.

Understand credits and billing

Messages and replies

For automatic sends, confirm the Outreach is active and check its channels, windows, credits, and lead eligibility. Use Outreach Log for send attempts and supported delivery updates, and Work Queue for replies or exceptions that need you. Provider acceptance does not prove delivery.

Channel setup

Open Business settings for the selected business. Shared settings are under Workspace in your account menu. WhatsApp number verification, template approval, and automatic sending are separate checks.

Check connection requirements

Bookings and reporting

Use Bookings for Lead Intel booking records and Reports for recorded results. A report may be incomplete if provider updates are missing. Check the lead and outreach activity before making a decision.

Understand reports

Payments and subscriptions

The workspace owner can find billing controls in the account menu. After checkout, check the confirmed balance and subscription status. For payment questions, send the transaction reference, not payment details.

Developer integrations

Include the endpoint, HTTP status, error code, and a request example with sensitive details removed. The external WhatsApp API requires an Idempotency-Key. Reuse it only when retrying the same message.
