Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Lead Intel is a product of Reggycodas Company, Kenya. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, email info@leadsintel.net.
This notice covers the Lead Intel website and service. When a business adds leads or manages outreach, it must have a lawful basis to collect and use those people’s information. Reggycodas Company also handles account and operational information to provide the service. Each party’s data-protection role depends on the processing involved.
2. Information handled by the service
- Account and workspace information: account details, email address, sign-in and verification records, team membership, roles, and business or product details.
- Lead and discovery information: search criteria, source profiles, names, businesses, available contact details, imported records, notes, scores, and discovery results.
- Outreach and bookings: message drafts and content, templates and uploaded media, send attempts, supported delivery and reply events, booking details, and recorded outcomes.
- Billing and operations: subscription and credit records, payment references and verified payment-display information, support messages, and records needed to run and troubleshoot the service.
- Connection information: configuration and credentials supplied for connected channels and integrations. Do not include credentials in support emails or ordinary message content.
Not every record has every type of information. Contact details depend on what the discovery source returns. Imports and details entered by workspace users may add more information.
3. Purposes and lawful processing
We use information to manage accounts, provide discovery and outreach features, keep conversation and booking records, record billing activity, support users, and protect the service. Processing must have a lawful basis. This may be performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, consent where required, or a legitimate interest that does not override a person’s rights.
When you use AI features, relevant lead, business, search, or message details may be sent for processing. Some features can use a limited set of recent examples when the optional history setting is on. This does not mean that providers never keep data or use it for their own purposes. Their terms and configuration must also be considered.
Scores and AI drafts are review aids. They may be inaccurate and should not replace human judgment or be used as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
4. Access, service providers, and integrations
Workspace members may access shared information based on their permissions. Authorised service administrators may need access for support, security, and operation. Hosting, database, and storage systems also process information needed to run the service.
These are examples of supported integrations, not confirmation that they are currently enabled. When you set up and use a matching feature, the information it needs may be processed by:
- Paystack: checkout, payer and transaction information for payment processing.
- Meta / WhatsApp: connected-number information, recipients, message content and media, and messaging events.
- Brevo or another configured email provider, and configured SMS providers: sender and recipient information, message content, and supported delivery events.
- Configured discovery providers: search criteria and locations, and the source profiles and contact information returned by a search.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, or the configured AI service: relevant prompts and context required for the requested AI feature.
- Customer-connected applications and bots: the events and information routed to those applications by the enabled integration.
Do not assume that all processing stays in Kenya. Before enabling a service that involves international transfers, the operator must put in place the safeguards and disclosures required by Kenyan data-protection law. Contact info@leadsintel.net for current provider and transfer information for your use.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required, or where lawful and necessary to protect rights or investigate misuse.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The application uses browser tools to keep you signed in. It also remembers some screen choices and draft work in local or session storage. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out, remove unsaved drafts, or stop some features from working.
A connected third-party process, such as Meta Embedded Signup, may load that provider’s scripts and cookies. Any optional advertising or tracking technology needs its own proper notice and consent where required. This notice does not give blanket consent for tracking.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We may need to keep relevant billing, security, dispute, and legal records after other data is no longer needed. To prevent repeat trial claims, we keep a one-way email fingerprint and a minimal trial-claim record even after an account is deleted. This fingerprint is treated as personal information and is not used to send messages. The retention period depends on the record and its purpose. We do not promise one deletion period for all data.
We review deletion requests sent to info@leadsintel.net, including any duties to keep records. Removing a record from a screen does not guarantee immediate removal from backups or another service’s records.
The service includes account authentication and permission controls. No system is risk-free, and this notice makes no certification or absolute-security guarantee. Protect passwords, integration credentials, and downloaded exports; configuration exports may contain sensitive connection information.
7. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may ask about processing or request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You may also object to processing. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent.
Email info@leadsintel.net with your request and enough detail to identify the account or record. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Do not send identity documents unless we have agreed on a suitable verification method. A request about a business’s outreach may also need that business to take part.
You may raise a complaint with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. The Data Protection Act, 2019 and applicable regulations govern relevant processing in Kenya.
8. Children and age-related requirements
Lead Intel does not set an extra blanket age limit beyond applicable law. Legal-capacity and child-data rules still apply. Processing a child’s information requires proper age and parent or guardian consent checks. It must also protect the child’s rights and best interests.
If you are under 18, your parent or guardian should contact info@leadsintel.net before you register or submit personal information. Ordinary email verification is not age or guardian verification. Do not upload a child’s lead information without meeting the applicable requirements. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted without the necessary safeguards.
9. Changes to this notice
Updates will appear on this page with a new date. If the law requires more notice or consent for a change in processing, those requirements still apply. Send questions about this draft or the service’s privacy practices to info@leadsintel.net.
